Once you have selected your dates for the villa and indicated your interest in booking with us, you should provide a contact telephone number so that we can contact you. One of our Advisors will phone you to discuss your specific requirements and collect the information needed in order to process your booking. Your booking will only be confirmed and effective when a payment of the deposit is made, via the secure online payment system. We accept all major credit cards and bank accounts, we will then e-mail you a booking reference number. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is requested to secure your booking, and the balance to be paid on arrival. In the circumstances that the balance is not recived on arrival the guest will be asked to vacate the villa and all the guest property will be put in the garden and water, gas & electricty will be truned off.
In the unlikely event that it is necessary for us to make an alteration to or cancel the villa, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will refund in full all monies paid and shall be under no other liability. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of £100 per booking, and reserve the right to treat a change of holiday dates as a cancellation of one holiday and the booking of another.
All guests must be registered at the time of the booking confirmation. The full names and details of all guests who will be staying in the villa must be supplied to us at the time of the booking confirmation. For security purposes, identification will be requested for each guest arriving at the villa.
The villa owner and/or his/her staff and representatives shall be allowed full access to the villa at any time during any holiday occupancy for the purposes of inspection, maintenance and/or organisation purposes.
You should arrive after 10am on the holiday start date, and the villa must be vacated by 10am on the last day. If these times are inconvenient please advise us at the of booking. If your arrival is delayed you must inform us so that suitable arrangements can be made, as your chauffeur will be waiting at the airport of your arrival to pick you up and take you to your villa.
Pets are not allowed, without prior written permission and additional cost.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa however you may smoke in the garden. You are responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of your party. Should you and your party not behave in such a manner we may in our absolute discretion refuse to allow you (and/or any member of your party) access to the villa or ask you to vacate the villa without a refund of the price.
Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or consequential losses due to theft or any other security related incident howsoever caused.
It is a condition of booking that you and your party have all necessary passports and visas if necessary to travel and that each person is covered by a comprehensive policy of travel insurance which includes cover for accidents, medical expenses and cancellation.
The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs. We cannot be held responsible for breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, swimming pool filtration systems etc, nor for failure of public utilities such as water, gas, telephone and electricity. Neither are we responsible for any noise, smell or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the villa or which is beyond our control.
For your safety the electrical system is designed to cut out if high usage persists over an hour. As a consequence if you leave the air conditioning system on in all rooms at all times it will lead to system cut out and you will be left without electricity for several hours until the system has been reset. To avoid this we recommend that you switch off the air conditioning unit when leaving the room.
